This return policy is for our online store found at duckco.com only. If you are looking to return wholesale product, please contact your Market Manager.
Returns & Exchanges
Happy as a Duck, Guaranteed.
We want you to love your new tee. The Duck Company will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase as long as they are unworn (except for a quick try-on, of course!), unwashed and undamaged.
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, contact our delightful customer support team via email: email@example.com and they will start your return or exchange process.
Our support team will provide a return address and any other relevant information during the returns or exchange process.
We are unable to refund you original shipping costs or cover the shipping cost of your return or exchange. We recommend USPS for the lowest shipping rates, though you may use any major carrier.
You may return your tee using it’s original shipment packaging if it is undamaged, or use your own packaging. Make sure you remove any labels or markings on the box before you send it out, sometimes mail carries get confused on what to scan and we don’t want your tee to get lost.
Once the item is received in our warehouse, we will do a quick quality control check and issue a refund within two weeks of receipt.
If you bought an item that was discounted or using a coupon code, we can only refund your original purchase price.
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
An exchange is a new size or shirt color, as long as it is available on the store when you submit your request. We will ship out a new tee once the original arrives in our warehouse - don’t worry, there’s no restocking fees! Exchanges follow the same policies as returns, listed above.
If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact our support team at: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to make it right.
Pre-Order Cancellations and Inquiries
Have you changed your mind about a pre-order you made? We understand, we all change our minds. Send us a quick email to our customer support team and we will cancel your pre-order as long as it has not shipped: email@example.com
All pre-orders will ship by the date designated on each product page.
If you place an order between November 20th and December 28th, we will extend our return window to 60 days. Please see our Return Policy above for additional information.
